Our bread is baked in Dutch ovens to mimic a traditional hearth environment. We use organic flour, spring water, Mediterranean sea salt, and yeast to create rustic artisan breads.
Rooted in southern Italian traditions, our dried pasta is crafted in small batches with locally grown organic semolina flour and spring water, then extruded through bronze dies for sauce-gripping texture.
We use premium flours from Central Milling, Meadowlark Organics, and Janie’s Mill, combined with pure spring water and Mediterranean sea salt to create simple breads and noodles.
