Our bread is baked in Dutch ovens to mimic a traditional hearth environment.‍ We use organic flour, spring water, Mediterranean sea salt, and yeast to create rustic artisan breads.

Rooted in southern Italian pasta traditions, our small-batch noodles are crafted with locally grown organic semolina flour and spring water, then extruded through bronze dies for sauce-gripping texture.

We use premium flours from Central Milling, Meadowlark Organics, and Janie’s Mill, combined with pure spring water and Mediterranean sea salt to create simple breads and noodles.
