Do you have a brick and mortar, ship, or deliver?

We do not have a brick and mortar and we do not have a shipping or delivery service. We are a Tent and Table business and sell exclusively at farmers markets.

What is rustic artisan bread?

Our rustic breads are simple breads baked with organic flour, spring water, Mediterranean sea salt and yeast, with a crunchy crust and soft inside we mimic a hearth style bread by baking ours in Dutch ovens.

I am sensitive to gluten but can eat sourdough bread. Can I eat your bread?

We commonly hear from customers that although they are sensitive to gluten they are able to eat and digest our bread.

What flours do you use in your products?

We use a combination of orgainc flours including Central Milling, Meadowlark Organics to make our bread and semolina from Janies Mill for our noodles.

Do you use tap water for you bread or pasta?

No. Due to concerns over water quality issues with tap water we prefer to use lab tested spring/artesian water.

Any tips on storing our bread?

We like to keep our loaves cut-side down on a plate to keep the crust crisp and the inside soft while we eat the bread over a course of a few days.
